Water slide

On Friday afternoon 26th November, Room 7 and 1 were prepared for the water slide. I didn't participate but it was nice to see both classes enjoying the slide. What made it slippery was the soap and water, which made it faster for them to slide down. This was also the first time the slide has ever happened at our school. 

The slide was set up on the bottom field Mike the school caretaker. It looked like a lot of fun for the students that tried the slide. I think the teachers and students will help make something that is better than the slide. I'm looking forward to what they have planned in the future.

Dauntless

We all have our own games that we play basically everyday but dauntless is a very fun game that is very addicting well it depends on what game you like but what you can really in this game is slay monsters revive team mates and upgrade weapons it has lots of new weapon weapons with unique powers in them theirs lots of updates that are coming soon that will make the game even better. That's all i got to say about this blog since i have no more ideas what to post,but i hope you enjoyed this short blog

Food in lockdown:l

Food in lock down is really bring since all we eat is just toast and tea  but some smart are really creative with there food like cheese and noodles and tuna and  mayo sandwich but those are the only really good ones i know you may comment other combination

and i will reply to them if im on really early but if your bored just do the same things you like but just at home like games,chores:l and listening to music.Todays blog will be short since i have to do more work but to those people that are 12 and over please get vaccinated and stay safe.

Daily routine

our teachers have set task for the things that we have to do like wake up do all of these things to keep our selves busy well the teacher do there hard work and set calls and mark our work so thanks to them we are able to keep our distance and work like how we always do at school but just at home.

Home communication

 As you know Auckland  is in lock down from the Covid 19 because there have now been 724 ever since 16 of august and i dont think im used to it because we all do our daily routines like wake up,brush out teeth and go to school but ever since covid started happening we had to go online do extra chores and not many of us like that because sometimes our heads are thinking its a holiday and then we start to sleep in so i dont really like that we have to join calls,well for the juniors they join 2 but for seniors they join 5 which is really frustrating when we are trying to do our own thing well focusing on a lot of homework but besides that i hope you guys are safe and thanks for reading

Lockdown

Yesterday Jacinder ardern had announced that New Zealand has to be in lock down level 4 for at least 2 weeks and the rest of the country at level 3 I think its a really good idea to communicate with friends on sites like whereby and discord since its the most used sites that i know of i suggest if people wash there hand for 30 seconds so it doesn't have a chance to spread with your family members and adult have to get vaccinated since children are not aloud to have it so please stay safe and wash your hand.  

Maths task

 Today work was a maths task set by Priscilla Allan some of these maths was hard it depends on what level really suits you but wants you complete the task you get trophy but you can't redeem by doing the same task again and again what i really enjoyed about this task was that i get to complete it and get trophy's that are not real :D

Haikyuu!!

For this week blog im going to talking about haikyuu!! and some of you guys are familiar with this type anime the this anime is about volleyball it was released on 6 April 2014 right now it is one of my favourites because of the animation and the music also i suggest you read the subtitles instead of changing there voices because they dont sound the same and you will also get use to them speaking Japanese.My last words for this blog is please watch this in your free time.

The last day of school

 This blog is about the last day of school and well there have been some interesting things that have been going on because there have been some people that misbehave and some that really hate working for the teacher but i will talk about that later so this term homework has been a little bit hard because yes we get more now also i have done lots of homework for the past 10 weeks and thats all i want to say for that so lets talk about the arguments so since some of us take or Chromebooks home we sometimes use it for calls to connect with our friends if we need help but some people take to argue with other schools which is kind of scary so thats why the teachers stop as much as they could and the prefects so since the argues cooled down most of the people,so for the last day i enjoyed most of the time i spend with some of my friends so if you are reading this i hope you have a safe holiday and dont get angry!

Famous

 

Wow i cant believe it i met the ......famous people and i totally know who they are but yes i met them at a rugby field it was the best day of my life i really looked happy in the photo well that all i can say for a short blog thanks for reading.  

Earth

 So Today's blog is about Earth and as you know we've been living for our whole life and the reason why earth is the only planet we live in well its because it has lots of trees that give out carbon dioxide that's what gives us oxygen but what's dangerous about other planets is that we don't have the same things like air from trees and plants.well i used google to find out how much water is in earth and i don't know if this s true is says 326 million trillion water in earth which is scary because there is more water than land,

My 24 hour digital footprint beach

 

Task description: the cybersmart task we had for this week is the beach digital footprint which was cool because we could screenshot the things we have been doing for the past 24 hours i really enjoy using some of my time getting to learn new things about cybersmart and Thanks to the teacher Mr Goodwin for letting us see the new learning and journey because we don't get this learning more often so i am really happy to see everything.   

Playground

Last month our principle decided to add a new playground to our school so the students can have there fun as the days are speeding by So the new playground equipment's is a slide,orex spinner,monkey bars,and a swing which is the most used equipment on the playground but what matters is that they enjoy spending there time on the new playground but the bad thing is that we only can use it at a certain day so ours will be on Thursday and so on but i never heard any complaints well only some our prefects and our principle is trying to make it easier for other students to play safely because it could cause more injures when the senors and juniors are on the same playground so now most people will understand more about keeping safe and i hope other schools will understand the same safety.

Homework

Well this week's blog post is about homework and I know for lots of people it is really annoying sometime when we get extras but its not a problem if we just give it a try it basically like practise and getting ready for collage and i don't think i'm ready to challenge myself against homework twice the size as what we have as intermediates so what i should say is at least give a try we have family,friend,cousin or a dog maybe? so that's why we have good teachers to help us out before collage because its not the same as right now,so if you are viewing this give hard things a try it could go well for you:) 

Vollyball 2021

This year on volleyball tournament we were going against other schools,the first school we went against was glen talor as a warm up because we lost to them,but i can understand because we didn't have that much practise over the years. After a 10 minute break we started going against point England but the problem was that we lost to them twice because some of us were unlucky and didn't really want to hit the ball So the schools went against was glen tallor,tamaki primary, and point England,When the time hit 2 a clock we have finished our tournament and we have 1 win and 3 losses but it a good game anyway so i don't really mine that much anymore.

My Mum's hands

This weeks writing task was a free-verse poem about ''my Mums hands''.We practise using semi -colons, a range of sentence length and using better vocabulary. Our poems are based on an original poem written by Gary O'Connell. I chose to write about my mum because she was someone very special to me.
